This Privacy Policy explains how Soft Companion Pvt Ltd collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use our websites and mobile applications.
We collect information you provide directly to us, information generated when you use our applications, and information received from the third-party services listed below. We collect only what is required to operate and improve our products.
Depending on the product, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, business details and account credentials. Some apps collect location data while the app is in use, and only where the feature you enabled requires it.
We collect device model, operating system version, app version, language, crash logs and non-resettable-free identifiers such as the Android advertising ID where applicable. This information helps us diagnose issues and support the devices our users actually run.
We use aggregated analytics to understand feature usage, retention and performance. Analytics events are pseudonymous and are not used to build advertising profiles.
Our products may use Google Firebase, Google Play Services, Google Analytics, Google Maps and payment processors. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy, and we share only the minimum required for the service to function.
We use Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Messaging and Crashlytics. Firebase may store identifiers, crash traces and push tokens on Google infrastructure. See Google's Firebase privacy documentation for details.
Google Play Services provides sign-in, billing, maps and location APIs. Where you make a purchase, Google Play processes payment information; we never receive full payment card details.
Our website uses strictly necessary cookies for session handling and optional analytics cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings; core pages will continue to work.
We use collected data to provide and secure our services, authenticate users, deliver notifications you opt into, troubleshoot issues, meet legal obligations and improve product quality.
We do not sell personal data. We share data with processors acting on our instructions, with your employer's administrator where an app is licensed to an organisation, and with authorities when legally required.
Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 30 days after deletion, after which it is permanently removed. Anonymised analytics and records we must keep for tax or legal reasons may be retained longer.
Our products are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn we have, we delete it promptly.
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest on managed infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorised personnel, logged, and reviewed regularly. No system is perfectly secure, and we notify affected users of any breach as required by law.
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Requests are answered within 30 days. Account deletion can be requested from our account deletion page.
